OEM & Volume
Production Coating.
At Scale.
Robotics-assisted lines at our Redmond, Oregon facility run around the clock, delivering consistent mil-thickness accuracy across every part in a production run. From a pilot batch to a full production contract, the quality does not change. Finished parts ship to customers across the US, Canada, and internationally.
Single Source. Every Coating.
One Facility. Three Coating Technologies.
Production runs require consistency above all else. Our Redmond, Oregon facility runs 24/7, with robotics-assisted lines that hold tight tolerances across every cycle. Parts come out the same on batch 1 as they do on batch 500, and every run goes through the same prep, coat, cure, and inspection sequence before it ships.
We are the only full-service coating facility in Central Oregon operating Cerakote, powder coating, and hydrographics under one roof. That means a single purchase order, a single point of contact, and no split shipments between vendors. Manufacturers from Redmond and Bend to customers across the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia rely on that single-source efficiency.
Since 2013 we have partnered with 25+ OEM manufacturers spanning firearms, aerospace, automotive, industrial, and recreational equipment. That breadth of substrate and environment experience directly informs how we set up and validate each new production run.

Surface Engineering
Repeatable Surface Engineering at Production Volume
Production coating takes more than booth capacity. It takes repeatable prep, locked application parameters, controlled cure cycles, and an inspection gate, so the 50th part matches the first. We validate a first article, then scale the same process across recurring production runs.

Why Manufacturers Choose Us
Built for Production. Not One-Offs.
Consistency at Scale
Robotics-assisted application and controlled cure cycles keep film thickness, adhesion, and finish appearance consistent from the first part to the last in a run. Process parameters are locked per customer specification, so repeat orders match the approved first article without renegotiation.
24/7 Production Capacity
Round-the-clock operations from our Central Oregon facility mean production volume does not have to wait. We structure our schedule around your delivery requirements, and we discuss realistic lead times as part of every quoting conversation so nothing surprises your assembly line.
Single Source for Multiple Coatings
Cerakote, powder coating, and hydrographics in one facility near Bend, Oregon. If your product line spans multiple coating types, one contract and one shipment covers it. No vendor management across three separate shops, no mismatched paperwork, no finger-pointing on quality escapes.
Quality Inspection on Every Run
Parts are inspected before they leave the facility. We catch defects before they reach your assembly line or your customers. That gate is part of the standard production process, not an add-on, and it applies to pilot batches and high-volume runs alike.
OEM Partnerships
Trusted by Leading Manufacturers
From precision optics and aerospace components to defense hardware and recreational equipment, our 25+ OEM partners span a wide range of industries and substrates. Each relationship starts with a pilot run and a clear quality benchmark, then scales from there. Contact us to discuss your program.
Inside the Facility
Production-Ready Infrastructure
Our Redmond, Oregon facility is set up for volume, not one-offs. Dedicated racks, controlled cure environments, and robotics-assisted application lines support continuous runs. The images below show the kinds of parts and finishes that move through our production floor on a routine basis.
Available at Production Volume
Three Coatings. One Facility.
Each coating below is available at full OEM production volume from our Central Oregon facility. All three are run on the same quality system, with the same inspection gate, and can be combined on a single order when your product line requires it.
Cerakote
Thin-film ceramic coating for maximum hardness, corrosion resistance, and color retention on metal components. As a certified Cerakote applicator we run H-Series, C-Series high-temp, and Elite finishes at OEM volume, with locked application parameters per customer spec.
